  • "Suit filed in Cobb crash that killed teens." December 17 1996, The Atlanta Journal/Constitution. We filed suit against drivers of two vehicles involved in a high speed pursuit in Cobb County. One driver had been chasing a car full of Sprayberry High School girls after they rolled his yard with toilet paper. The case was settled prior to trial.

  • "Wreck takes life student leader." December 1996, The Atlanta Journal/Constitution. Six days after winning Ms. South Gwinnett High, this student leader was killed from a car wreck. Her car left the road without explanation, plunged down a 2 foot embankment and slammed into a utility pole. We successfully pursued an automobile products liability claim against a large automotive manufacturer.
